Workload

  • Addressing Work Load Issues in Health Care: Victory in the Battlefords

    Chronic understaffing and increasing workload are two of the most pressing issues in health care. CUPE 5340 member and Region 1 facility representative Sid Hall has seen the impact of both issues on patient care and health care workers first hand.

    CUPE’s collective agreement is the only provincial health care agreement that includes a comprehensive, stand-alone provision to address the workload concerns of members.

  • Workload Getting you Down?

    Have you signed a Workload Postcard yet?! Contact your facility representative, shop steward, or a L. 5430 communicator to sign a workload postcard to be delivered directly to the Minister of Health.
