IMPORTANT: AIMS on Pause

The Saskatchewan Health Authority sent out an announcement to all staff today regarding the AIMS system. Implementation has been paused.

We will keep you informed of any updates.

This is what came from the Employer:

November 4, 2022:

In order to ensure that scheduling and payroll continues to occur without disruption, a decision has been made to pause the rollout of the AIMS system.

Effective this morning, we will be using our existing systems and processes that were in place prior to October 23rd. This includes scheduling and time entry (e.g. WRAs, time card app).

Additional communication will be sent with further instructions and information as soon as possible. We want to thank everyone for their work and patience as we work towards the modernization of these systems.
